Candidates should hold a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and have at least eight years of data-analysis experience leveraging MSS-based data systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience applying data analysis, trend analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience with data manipulation within databases and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommending solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate intelligence information verbally and in writing.
• Experience with data systems such as NISS, DISS, NCCS, AMPS WebFLIS, and ACCESS.
• Experience conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports and leading conferences.

Responsibilities

• Produces IC-coordinated all-source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten DoD personnel and resources worldwide.
• Conduct analysis comprised of regional and functional CI topics, including threats to DCIP and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies.
• Provide analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and law enforcement agencies/organizations and for DCSA’s CI programs, functions, and mission activities.

Responsibilities

• Produces IC-coordinated all-source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide.
• Conduct analysis comprised of regional and functional CI topics, including foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies, and threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment to the DoD.
• Provide analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and law enforcement agencies/organizations and for DCSA’s CI programs, functions, and mission activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited university

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommend solutions.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Ability and skill in communicating intelligence information verbally and in writing.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience with data systems such as: NISS, DISS, NCCS, AMPS WebFLIS, and ACCESS or other security and supply-related data systems.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports, leading conferences, and giving briefings.
