Qualifications

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at all times.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and answer questions about items and preparation methods.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests with a smile; greet and seat when appropriate.
• Pull chairs and place napkins in laps.
• Present menu and answer questions about dishes and ingredients.
• Answer questions about prep methods and table-side service.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders; relay special requests to churrasqueiros.
• Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other servers in their areas.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties.
