Job summary

Fogo de Chão in New Orleans is seeking a friendly and energetic Server to provide exceptional dining experiences. You will welcome guests, present the menu, and guide them through our continuous table-side service of fogo de chão meats.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving beverages, coordinating with churrasqueiros, and ensuring smooth service across the dining room. Applicants should be able to stand long hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and work weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, present menu, and answer questions about items.
• Take beverage and dessert orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meats and coordinate with churrasqueiros for a smooth dining experience.
• Process orders with cashiers and assist other servers as needed.
• Complete opening and closing duties and maintain a clean, welcoming area.
