Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Pull each guest’s chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer questions regarding items and preparation methods.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and relay special requests to kitchen staff.
• Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other servers as needed and complete opening/closing duties.
