Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics and administrative systems for Recreation initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for registrations, scheduling, and volunteer onboarding.
• Maintain participant databases, attendance tracking, reporting, and supply management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support events and participant experience.
• Recruit, train, and retain volunteers; ensure onboarding requirements are met.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
