Holy Trinity Edmonds in Edmonds, WA, offers a two-year residency for a resident church planter to join the parish leadership, receive mentorship, and help launch a future mission congregation in nearby counties.

The program provides coaching, contextual planting strategy development, and a clear pathway to autonomous missional churches within the Cascadia Diocese of the Anglican Church in North America.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Holy Trinity ministry team.
• Participate fully in sacramental, pastoral, and missional life of the parish.
• Receive coaching from clergy and experienced church planters.
• Develop a contextualized church planting strategy.
• Recruit, disciple, and lead a launch team.
• Preach, teach, and provide pastoral care.
• Work toward launching a new worshiping community or mission congregation.
