Job summary

Greenhouse Church in Florida invites applicants to join a Church Planter Residency, an 18‑month, full‑time program designed to raise up apostolic leaders who will plant, grow, and multiply microchurches.

Residents will be immersed in Greenhouse DNA, lead microchurches, develop future leaders, shadow pastors, and prepare to plant a church in Florida after the residency. Expect 40 hours weekly, office setting, minimal travel, and mentorship from the Executive Pastor.

Qualifications

• Desire to plant a church or multiply microchurches long-term.
• Experience coaching or leading other leaders.
• Strong biblical or theological training.
• Experience preaching or public speaking.
• Willingness to grow in spiritual disciplines and be mentored.

Responsibilities

• Lead and multiply microchurches as part of residency.
• Shadow Greenhouse pastors and participate in pastoral duties.
• Complete immersion tracks around Greenhouse values and ministry.
• Participate in sermon prep and collaborative teaching.
• Engage in personal spiritual disciplines and leadership development.
