  • Guide church plants and developing churches through the phases of ANE’s Church Planting Pathway toward accreditation and healthy, sustainable ministry within The Christian & Missionary Alliance.
  • Cultivate relationships with Alliance churches, denominational leaders, cluster members, ministry partners, and other stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and support for church planting and multiplication.
  • Develop and pursue sustainable funding strategies and multiple funding streams to support church planting and multiplication efforts.
  • Develop and manage budgets related to church planting efforts, ensuring resources are strategically aligned with ANE’s church planting priorities.
