Job summary

Lifeline Children's Services is seeking a Full-Time Church Partnerships Leader in the Mississippi Delta to equip local churches to respond to needs and activate CarePortal across our network. You will recruit, train, and support churches and community champions, cultivate relationships with partners, and guide Connecting Churches from interest to active engagement.

Travel within the region is expected; a home-office Mississippi residence is preferred, and the role emphasizes biblically grounded

Qualifications

Minimum: at least two years of undergraduate education or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
Home office environment and willingness to travel within Mississippi.

Responsibilities

Minister of the gospel to co-workers, clients, and ministry partners.
Lead the team in a scripture-aligned way; pray, share scripture, and model Christlike conduct with partners.
Recruit, train, and equip churches and community champions to utilize CarePortal.
Cultivate relationships with community partners to strengthen the network.
Identify and train Connecting Churches to serve in high-need areas.
Facilitate technology and process training for agencies and church leaders.
Maintain positive relationships with churches and community partners.
Provide orientation and training for new church and Champion partners.
