Job summary

Deseret Book Company in American Fork, UT is seeking a part-time store associate to help customers, stock shelves, and operate cash registers. The wage starts at $14.55 per hour, with shifts including days, evenings and Saturdays. You’ll provide friendly service and assist customers with product selection and fitting in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• BFOQ - Must be a female who has received her own personal endowments and possesses a current temple recommend.
• Ability to interact with customers in-person and over the phone on a day-to-day basis is an essential function of this position.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Knowledge of LDS Church curriculum and clothing products preferred
• Applicants must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays (except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 20 lbs
