Job summary

FREEDOM HOUSE is seeking a Communications Coordinator to organize and execute church communications across social media, website, and apps. You will collaborate with the Creative Lead and FH staff to outline schedules, content, and campaigns that tell the church story.

This role requires creativity, confidentiality, and the ability to work at a steady, sometimes fast pace. You will lead communications initiatives, develop a collaborative calendar, and help keep ministries aligned with the church

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the church's communications channels and story across platforms.
• Outline and execute social media and website plans in collaboration with the Creative Lead.
• Edit graphics or photos as needed and maintain internal communications like bulletins and newsletters.
• Monitor online presence, respond to comments, and track engagement analytics.
• Train staff on systems and due dates to ensure consistent messaging.
