Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma for digital design and prototyping.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) and other platforms.
• Excellent typography, layout, color theory, and brand system understanding.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics and visual assets for sermon series, weekend services, ministries, campaigns, email, web, signage, print materials, and merchandise.
• Translate ministry goals into visual concepts that communicate clearly and support project objectives.
• Apply Harvest brand standards across ministries and channels for consistency.
• Collaborate with Director, Communications to translate feedback into effective visual solutions.
• Prepare production-ready files and maintain organized design resources.
• Develop templates and design systems to improve efficiency.
