We have designed our Chubb Insurance Professional Program (CIPP), part of our broader Chubb Associate Program, to hone your skills and talents to help you reach your career goals. By joining CIPP, you will be part of an experience that supports the well-rounded development of critical business skills which in turn contributes to the future success of our company.
Our two-and-a-half-year program includes hands-on business assignments in various insurance disciplines, beginning with a six-month rotation in Claims. This cross-disciplinary learning experience is intended to accelerate your contribution to the organization. Your learning will include interactive classroom instruction, team assignments, and direct interaction with early career professionals, experienced professionals, and engaged leaders.

These positions are planned to start in August 2025. Please note that the six-month Claims rotation will take place in Jersey City, New Jersey. Successful candidates will then rotate to an Underwriting team in New York City (Manhattan) in February 2026.
