Job description

Classic CDJR Lancaster is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Lancaster, South Carolina. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work with a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and engine diagnostics.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to accurately identify problems.
  • Follow established repair procedures and guidelines.
  • Complete repairs efficiently and within allotted timeframes.
  • Test vehicles after repairs to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain findings and provide recommendations for repairs.
