Job summary

Hendrick Chrysler Jeep FIAT (Fayetteville) is looking for a skilled technician to identify service needs and perform repairs and maintenance in a fast-paced shop. You will diagnose issues, estimate costs, and document services accurately per dealer guidelines.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems is required.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturers' service manuals and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Examines customer vehicles and identifies necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Estimates cost of repairs and parts required; documents services performed.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance following dealer guidelines.
• Requests necessary parts and coordinates with the parts department.
• Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Follows safety rules and participates in required training.
