Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Dialysis Chronic RN for a 13-week local contract in Fitchburg, WI. This role involves providing and coordinating chronic dialysis care, assessing patients, documenting data, and communicating with the care team to ensure high-quality treatment.

The position requires an RN license in the applicable state, BLS/CPR, and nephrology nursing experience. Local travel to training sites may be required and the shift is 8 hours.

Qualifications

• RN license required in the state of WI or applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year nephrology nursing experience within last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide chronic dialysis care and coordinate patient care for assigned patients.
• Perform patient assessments before, during, and after hemodialysis.
• Document and analyze patient data to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate patient changes to physicians and care team.
• Supervise and support staff delivering dialysis treatments.
