Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Dialysis Chronic Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Dover, NH. The role requires 12 months or more of dialysis experience, with responsibilities including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of patient care within the dialysis unit.

You will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and technicians to deliver safe therapy. The position involves 12-hour shifts (12 hours/day, 3 days/week), 40 hours plus overtime with potential travel to area sites.

Qualifications

• 12 months or more of dialysis experience required.
• 1 year of nephrology nursing experience in the last two years.
• Floating to area sites within 50 miles of the main site.
• Shift details: 40 hours plus overtime with floating.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients during dialysis, document care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document justification.
• Provide patient education and coordinate care with team.
• Direct daily delivery of hemodialysis therapy to patients.
