Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the employer’s portfolio
- Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare professionals to align customer needs with products
- Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
- Monitor business performance against objectives to support effective planning and sales impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High school diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1 Level, 3+ years for S2 Level)
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals
- Proven track record of success in educational and professional environments
- Valid driver’s license and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in sales, account management, or customer service
- Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, especially in cardiovascular sales
- Proven ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly
- Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
