A global healthcare company is seeking a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative in Albany, NY. This role involves developing relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering patient-focused solutions within a designated territory. As a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative, you will drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging our scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery Systems leaders, and other field colleagues to deliver seamless, patient-focused solutions.
This is a field-based sales role covering a specific territory. Travel depends on territory needs and location of the selected candidate, and overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time to support client meetings and ensure comprehensive territory coverage.
We are hiring multiple Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representatives to support the territories listed below. Each territory includes major cities/locations and surrounding communities.
You will develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of specialty health care customers including cardiologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and office managers. You will regularly engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics to execute your responsibilities.
This position's band level will be evaluated based on candidate's qualifications.
Salary ranges: S1: $77,700.00 – $122,300.00; S2: $104,200.00 – $163,900.00. Salary placement depends on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, and business needs. This role is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. Travel: 25% required.
Work model: US Hybrid Work Model applicable to office-based roles; field-based roles require in-person work as needed.
