What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio

- Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High school diploma with 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience or 6 years of relevant work experience for certain levels
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in sales, account management, or customer service
- Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
- Experience launching products in competitive markets
- Proficient in using advanced analytics to drive sales
