2020 Companies is hiring a Chromebook Brand Sales Specialist for a full-time, Wednesday–Sunday schedule in Lubbock, TX. In a fun retail environment, you will help customers discover the benefits of Chromebook devices and build essential sales and customer service skills.

No extensive sales background is required; we value energy, personality and a willingness to learn. The role offers $18.00 per hour, weekly pay, benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech savvy with strong knowledge of G-Suite.
• Ability to identify creative solutions for problems.

Responsibilities

• Excite customers by promoting Chromebook
• Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays
• Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively
• Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment
