2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Chromebook Sales Specialist to join our Best Buy Midland store. You will promote Chromebooks, assist customers, and maintain attractive product displays while delivering friendly, knowledge-based service.

No extensive sales background required—personality and communication skills matter. The position offers weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and opportunities to grow in a tech-focused retail environment in Midland, Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of G-suite.

Responsibilities

• Excite customers by promoting Chromebook.
• Maintain merchandising standards across products and displays.
• Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases.
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff, as Chromebook contact.
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores with logistics team to ensure stock availability.
• Provide training and product knowledge to staff to enhance Chromebook sales.
• Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize ROI.
