2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Sales Specialists representing Chromebook in a retail environment. Based at Best Buy Overland Park, KS, you will engage customers, promote Chromebook, and help shoppers discover benefits across our stores.

We value energetic individuals with a passion for consumer electronics, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. The position offers a $18.00 per hour pay rate with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech savvy and strong working knowledge of G-suite.
• Ability to identify creative solutions for problems.

Responsibilities

• Promote Chromebook to excite customers.
• Maintain product merchandising standards across displays.
• Identify sales opportunities and assist customers with purchases.
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff, acting as the main Chromebook contact.
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, coordinating with logistics to ensure stock availability.
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to boost Chromebook sales.
• Manage sales budgets and optimize expenditures.

Key Responsibilities

• Excite customers by promoting Chromebook
• Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays
