2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Sales Specialists to promote Chromebook at Best Buy Memphis. The role is based in a retail setting, with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule and an emphasis on customer interactions and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech-savvy with strong working knowledge of G-suite.
• Ability to identify creative solutions for problems.

Responsibilities

• Excite customers by promoting Chromebook.
• Maintain merchandising standards across displays.
• Identify sales opportunities and assist customers.
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook.
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively.
• Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
