2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring a full-time Brand Sales Specialist to represent Chromebook at Best Buy in Danbury, CT. The role offers $19.50 per hour with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule in a dynamic retail setting.

You will help customers discover Chromebook benefits, drive sales, and train store staff while delivering exceptional customer service. We value personality and communication skills over extensive sales background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of G-suite.
• Able to identify creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Excite customers by promoting Chromebook.
• Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays.
• Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases.
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook.
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively.
• Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
