Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring a full-time Chromebook Sales Specialist at Best Buy in Salem, NH. You will engage customers, demonstrate Chromebook benefits, and assist with purchases in a busy retail environment.

No extensive sales background is required; we value personality, communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Expect to work a Wednesday–Sunday schedule with weekly pay and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Excite customers by promoting Chromebook.
• Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays.
• Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases.
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook.
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively.
• Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
