2020 Companies is seeking a full-time Chromebook Sales Specialist to promote Chromebooks in a Best Buy retail setting in Union, NJ. The role emphasizes customer interaction, merchandising, and product knowledge, with the aim of driving sales and delivering excellent service.

We value personality, communication, and a willingness to learn alongside a strong work ethic. Previous sales is helpful but not required as training is provided in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech-savvy with strong working knowledge of G-Suite.
• Ability to identify creative solutions for problems.

Responsibilities

• Excite customers by promoting Chromebook.
• Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays.
• Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases.
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook.
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively.
• Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
