Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical subject matter expert (SME) to operationalize and evaluate AI-assisted onboarding, troubleshooting and scaling workflows for Chrome PA and ecosystem needs.
• Serve as technical expert in feedback loops bringing insights from partner, developer and user feedback channels alongside product metrics trends to influence Chrome PA strategy and roadmap.
• Drive knowledge dissemination, playbooks, best practices and guide engineering and product leaders on the web strategy and implementation plans.
