What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming inquiries through various channels, providing technical support and product recommendations
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to ensure high customer satisfaction and foster strong relationships
- Meet revenue targets in your supported region or territory
- Provide technical solutions for assay development based on customer analytical methods
- Engage in lead generation initiatives to cultivate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science (e.g., Chemistry or Biology)
- At least 2 years of relevant industry or academic experience, including 1 year in Sales or Customer Service and 1 year in chromatography/sample preparation
- Experience with Microsoft Office and database management
