Job summary

Atlas Search seeks a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead people strategy and hands-on HR operations for a multi-site, field-based workforce in the New York metro region. This on-site role sits in Suffolk County with occasional travel to NYC-area sites, reporting to the executive leadership team.

The ideal candidate has 13+ years of progressive HR leadership, deep employment-law knowledge, and experience in distribution/logistics or a comparable field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 13+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior/executive roles.
• Experience supporting a multi-site field-based workforce in distribution/logistics or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead people strategy and hands-on HR operations for a multi-site workforce.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and employee relations across sites.
