Job summary

Ag 1 Source seeks an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer to lead HR strategy for a growing healthcare organization. The role is based in the Dallas, TX area and targets a true strategic HR executive who partners with the CEO and the board to drive transformation across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will bring proven senior HR leadership in multi-site outpatient healthcare, scale HR infrastructure and culture, and experience in PE-backed environments, M&A, or exits.

Qualifications

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in multi-site, multi-state outpatient healthcare - essential.
• Experience operating at meaningful scale, ideally 2,000+ employees.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling HR teams, infrastructure, and culture.
• Strong executive presence, sound judgment, resilience, and the ability to influence at the CEO and board level.
• Experience in private equity-backed environments, organizational transformation, M&A, or exits strongly preferred.
• Location: Dallas, TX area. This is an office-based leadership position; relocation considered.

We're partnering with a growing, private equity-backed healthcare organization seeking an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer to help lead its next chapter.

With approximately 2,000 employees and $250M in revenue, the organization is undergoing an exciting transformation, sharpening its focus on multi-site outpatient healthcare while preparing for its next phase of growth and a potential private equity transaction.

We're looking for a true strategic HR executive who brings more than technical expertise. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner to the CEO, a clear and compelling communicator, a collaborative leader, and someone with the grit, humility, and business acumen to lead through change.

What we're looking for:
