Covenant Christian High School in Indianapolis seeks an Assistant Softball Coach who is dedicated to fostering a Christ-centered environment. You will be responsible for spiritual mentorship, as well as the administration and coaching of the softball program.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the sport, and a passion for developing student athletes both athletically and spiritually. A bachelor's degree and prior coaching experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate teams on rules, strategies, and techniques for softball.
• Plan and lead practice sessions effectively.
• Train and motivate athletes for competitive games.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and enforce safety rules.
