Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership or Non-Profit Leadership.
• Five+ years of experience in education or nonprofit leadership.
• Experience leading a school through the ACSI accreditation.
• Qualifies for an ACSI administrative certificate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Head of School and CEO, reporting to the Board of Trustees.
• Provide visionary leadership and oversee school operations and outcomes.
• Collaborate on budgeting and strategic planning with Board and staff.
• Promote biblical truth and faith integration in academic programming.
