Job summary

CentrePointe Counseling, Inc. is seeking licensed mental health professionals for W2 staff counselor roles across Maryland/DC. Clinicians will grow their caseload, provide direct therapy, and integrate faith with clinical practice in a supportive community.

Applicants must hold MD licensure (LCPC/LGPC/LCSW-C/LMSW/LCMFT or equivalent) and demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and ongoing professional development. Hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Maintain current Maryland license (LCPC/LGPC/LCSW-C/LMSW/LCMFT or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 billable hours per week plus administrative duties and supervision.
• Proactive, relational, and able to grow referrals and caseload.
• Experience in direct one-on-one therapy.

Job description

At CentrePointe Counseling, professional Christian community is at the heart of who we are. We believe that excellent counseling happens best when clinicians are supported, encouraged, and connected to one another.

We are looking for licensed mental health professionals, for our W2 staff counselor positions. Candidates should be proactive, relational, and eager to grow their caseload while becoming part of a vibrant community of counselors.

Our clinicians are skilled at spiritual integration. We value both clinical excellence and the meaningful role that faith can play in the counseling process.

Positions are commission-based, with a minimum billable hour requirement. Clinicians may work from one of our many locations throughout Maryland and DC, as well as provide hybrid services through telehealth.

We are seeking highly qualified mental health professionals with strong professional references who bring clinical skill, initiative, maturity, and integrity to their work. We are looking for clinicians who are self-motivated and proactive. Successful counselors are comfortable taking initiative to develop referral relationships, connect with prospective clients, and actively grow their caseload.

The ideal candidate is:

• A highly organized and technologically proficient individual with strong administrative skills.
• Experienced in direct (one-on-one) therapy
• Minimum 15 billable hours per week, plus affiliated administrative work, regular supervisory meetings and monthly in-person staff meetings.
• Maintaining current license for the State of Maryland, and if applicable, for DC, Virginia or other additional states of licensure, as a LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, LCMFT or equivalent.
• Maintaining current knowledge of ethics/laws
