• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with a strong command of English.
• Excellent math and money handling skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and credit card machine.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• Ability to operate general office machines (copier, fax, printers, scanners).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Management team in building the team and setting a Christ-centered example.
• Provide friendly, joyful welcoming to all customers during shopping.
• Handle register transactions with cash and credit payments ensuring accuracy and security.
• Maintain customer service standards to align with the company mission.
• Keep store appearance tidy by restocking supplies, cleaning, and addressing safety hazards.
• Regularly clean and organize fitting rooms.
• Stock shelves and clothing racks to maximize shopping opportunities.
• Assist with setting up or updating store displays to attract customers.
• Communicate daily with the manager about customer service issues, register errors, and operational matters.
• Attend training and store meetings as scheduled.
