CityTeam is seeking a Program Coordinator for CityTeam Program to oversee day-to-day operations, provide case management, and ensure program goals align with our mission of compassionate service. This role requires Christ-centered leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with residents, volunteers, and staff in a faith-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative experience and strong communication skills.
• Experience in homeless services and urban missions is preferred.
• Active involvement in a local Christian community.
• Agreement with CityTeam's Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of CityTeam Program under Program Manager.
• Schedule and facilitate program components (discipleship, Bible studies, life-skills).
• Provide supervision and accountability for residents and volunteers.
• Assist with case management and transportation as needed.
• Maintain records and generate reports; respond to crises with sound judgment.
• Collaborate with staff to coordinate services for clients and guests.
