Job summary

You will participate in team planning, help with classroom management, and may lead in the Lead Teacher’s absence, embodying CRISTA’s faith-based mission daily.

Qualifications

• Belief in Jesus Christ and commitment to CRISTA CCC.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director and Lead Teacher to maintain a safe, fun classroom environment.
• Assist in lesson preparation and implementation, including transitions and small groups.
• Follow Washington licensing standards for a licensed preschool and health procedures.

Education

Washington State ECE Initial Certificate (12 credits) or equivalent
