Responsibilities

• Create a Christ-centered, nurturing classroom environment fostering spiritual growth and curiosity.
• Design and deliver differentiated, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Biblical worldview.
• Assess student progress and use data to inform instruction.
• Maintain communication with parents about academic and spiritual development.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support a mission-aligned learning community.
• Model the heart of a disciple-maker and participate in chapel and mentoring.
