Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Functional knowledge of pastoral/clinical counseling, social services/case management, employment readiness/job placement, and advocacy/community engagement.
• Must be insurable by The Foundry's insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, MAC and Google applications, and client management software.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal skills.
• Comfortable presenting to large and small groups.
• Proven ability to de-escalate and resolve conflicts.
• Servant leader.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an energetic environment.
• Excellent communications and calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Men's Program Director to maintain on-campus staff coverage at all times.
• Promote honest, timely, and candid team communications.
• Respond to Men's Program correspondence within one business day.
• Co-manage dormitory supervisors to investigate incidents and prioritise conflict resolution among program participants.
• Participation in internal staff and department-specific training opportunities.
• Oversee on-site drug screenings and related safety measures.
• Network with individuals, agencies, services, and resources to meet participant needs.
• Manage program participant phase evaluations and attend phase meetings.
• Facilitate receipt of participants' legal/identification documents.
• Coordinate medical, dental, optical, and mental health appointments.
• Coordinate legal appointments and legal aid.
• Enter program participant monthly reports via Apricot and notify officials of status changes.
• Maintain confidentiality on an interagency need-to-know basis.
• Develop healthy boundaries and self-care.
• Maintain safe, healthy environment based on grace, truth, and love.
• Teach and mentor participants using biblical precepts and prayer.
