Job summary

Logos Academy Harrisburg is seeking an Instructional and Operations Coordinator to provide instructional leadership and oversee school operations. You will supervise faculty, conduct classroom observations, support professional growth, and monitor academic and behavioral data to strengthen teaching aligned with our Christ-centered mission.

Qualifications

• Degree in education or social services.
• At least five years experience supporting students and staff within a classroom or school setting.
• Experience within an intercultural workplace or ministry.
• Effective interpersonal communication, organizational skills, independent project management, and ability to problem-solve in challenging situations with professionalism, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
