Job summary

Grace Beginnings Academy Infant Assistant Teacher at Grace Church Of Minnesota Inc in Eden Prairie, MN supports the lead teacher in providing Christ-centered care for infants and young learners. You help implement developmentally appropriate activities rooted in play and exploration.

You will document daily activities and incident/behavior reports, communicate with the lead teacher, maintain a safe, clean classroom, prep learning materials, and participate in required trainings and licensing

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma and meet licensing requirements for an assistant.
• Demonstrates commitment to prayer and personal growth in Christian ministry.
• Ability to collaborate with lead teachers and staff in a Christ-centered setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in caring for infants and supporting development.
• Document daily activities and incident/behavior reports as directed.
• Communicate effectively with the classroom teacher to support routines and environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom and assist with materials prep.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings; maintain regular attendance.
• Support licensing compliance and perform other duties as assigned.
