Concordia Hospice of Washington is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position which will cover our Canonsburg/South Hills service area. A wonderful coverage area to accommodate your work life balance.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the guidance of the Registered Nurse (RN) as a member of the hospice team to give direct nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the policies and procedures of Concordia Hospice of Washington. Care for the patient is given where the patient resides (i.e., patient’s home, facility, hospital). The activities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) are based on the employee’s education, preparation and experience.
