Qualifications

• Master's Degree is preferred but not required.
• Exemplary communication skills for interactions with students, families and staff.
• Proven musicianship in vocal performance and ability to select age-appropriate repertoire.

Responsibilities

• Teach music foundations and choir basics per state and district standards.
• Teach choral singing, music notation, and listening skills.
• Develop lesson plans and manage class time to balance instruction and rehearsal.
• Utilize varied instructional techniques for different ages and skill levels.
• Coordinate and direct choral performances and concerts.
• Provide space for students to explore musically and express themselves.
