Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain Choral Library: Sort and re-shelve music used by UWS Choirs.
• Clean and maintain choral library facility.
• Stamp and catalog new music before filing.
• Assist Choral Director with preparing parts/scores to be used by the UWS Choirs.
• Maintains records of parts/folders distributed.
• Assist in set-up and tear down for weekly rehearsals and concerts.
• Assist with Chorfest: music preparation, assist supervisor with other assigned tasks.
