Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Store in California is seeking a Restaurant/Retail Associate to deliver outstanding guest service and perform cashiering, candy making, stocking and fountain duties. You will be the face of the brand, assisting guests and maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates are high-energy, reliable, and able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. 18+ and a high school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic math computation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to work with a diverse work team and meet adversity with professionalism.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Maintain a smile, pleasant demeanor and provide Superior Guest Service.
• Ability to operate a dishwashing machine.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions per Company procedures.
• Assemble various proprietary retail items per guidelines.
• Maintain adequate stock on the sales floor and in back stock.
• Ensure product is correctly priced and signed per guidelines.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well-displayed.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and company history.
• Assist with upsell opportunities and gift-wrap items as needed.
• Follow Food Safety guidelines and keep fountain area clean.
• Stock fountain and condiments and maintain the stockroom.
