Job summary

KOHLER Original Recipe Chocolates is seeking a casual part-time position onsite in Kohler, WI. You will greet customers, take orders, operate coffee equipment, prepare and present beverages, and handle purchases and payments while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Applicants must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and able to work weekdays and weekends with shifts from 9:30am to 8:00pm. A valid Alcohol/Bartender license training will be provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak effectively with customers and associates of the organization.
• Customer service-oriented personality.
• Alcohol/Bartenders License for selling of alcoholic retail items, will be trained on job.
• The ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift and to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and take customer orders accurately
• Operate coffee making equipment
• Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
• Serve prepared food items
• Record and accurately process purchases
• Collect and process payments from the customer including cash, credit and debit cards
• Maintain clean and hygienic work area
• Dismantle and clean machinery as needed
• Display merchandise in an attractive and functional manner
• Monitor and order inventory
• Stock inventory according to storage requirements
• Complete opening and closing duties for each shift
