Job summary

Läderach in the United States is seeking a part-time Store Associate who loves chocolate to serve as a brand ambassador and provide a wonderful shopping experience. You will handle sales, register duties, gift packaging, and in-store order fulfillment while helping maintain shop and shelf care.

You will train and assist fellow associates, support merchandising and compliance standards, and contribute to achieving store sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Detail-oriented with quality-minded approach.
• Passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and support the in-house team.
• Provide training or assist Store Associates to meet production goals.
• Execute sales and register duties, gift packaging, and order fulfillment.
• Contribute to store sales goals through helpful recommendations.
• Support compliance and loss prevention standards, and merchandising.
• Assist with visual merchandising setup and store-related projects.
