Job summary

DeBrand, Inc. is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to oversee staff and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include directing staff, training new hires, and ensuring efficient store operations. While management experience is preferred, it is not required. Ideal candidates should be comfortable on their feet and possess strong problem-solving skills. Job description

Full Time or Part Time – 1 st and 2 nd shifts

We are looking for friendly, sharp individuals; people who can learn about and sell our chocolates, assemble our ‘made from scratch’ artisan sundaes, and make various gourmet drinks. At DeBrand we want to work with individuals who are self‑motivated, willing to learn, think and care, not only about the products we provide, but also the customers we serve and the employees we work alongside. The Assistant Manager would oversee and direct staff in shop while providing excellent customer service. Position would start as an associate and then train for management.

Job duties can include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and direct staff with a customer focused attitude
• Assist and report directly to Store Manager
• Conduct training for staff
• Ensure all store open and closing procedures are completed in an efficient and accurate manner
• Other duties as assigned
