Kollar Chocolates Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

Kollar Chocolates seeks an exceptional full-time Retail Sales Associate in our Yountville, CA flagship store to provide an elevated customer experience for our growing brand. We place people, chocolate, and hospitality at the heart of what we do, inspiring an inclusive and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities Include

• Professionally greet, assist and engage with customers
• Fulfill chocolate, coffee, and gelato orders
• Guide recommendations through excellent product knowledge
• Help maintain a visually enticing store that is neat, clean, and organized ? Serve as an ambassador to share our brand story
• Assist with online/corporate/event chocolate order fulfillment and restocking ? Communicate well with the store manager and team
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years experience in retail, food, or hospitality (preferred)
• POS experience (preferred, will train)
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize responsibilities ? Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solver and resourceful
• Positive and contagious enthusiasm
• Open to growth and learning with constructive feedback
• Physical requirements: lift/carry/move 20lbs.
• This is a full-time position - 5 days, 8 hours per day
