Russell Stover Chocolates in Kansas City is seeking a Sales Clerk to ensure that customer experiences in our stores meet the high standard of quality we stand for. You will welcome customers, provide prompt service, help with product selections, and process transactions with care.

Additionally you will support in-house production of items and merchandising, stock shelves, and assist with store upkeep. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and use hands.
• Experience in a retail, restaurant or fast food environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers by greeting them
• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
• Help customers make selections by providing information on products and suggestions
• Process payments by totaling purchases and handling checks, cash and cards
• Prepare and supervise in-house production of items like caramel apples and fudge
• Unload, receive and stock merchandise
• Execute merchandising activities
• Perform cleaning and other tasks as required
• Contribute to team effort with multiple tasks as directed
